Estimate Templates with 1 ClickReps choose from ready-to-use templates (e.g., roof repair or replacement), and the system adds it into the job folder — pre-filled with customer and job info.
Send Quotes FastWith one tap, reps can generate a polished PDF quote and send it to the customer for review.
Easy Digital SignaturesCustomers get a custom a link to review the quote and sign it online. Once signed, a final PDF is automatically created.
Invoice InstantlyImmediately after the contract is signed the job status is updated, and in one click creates an invoice in QuickBooks — no manual entry needed.
Track Job Tasks After the SaleOnce a job is won, the system helps manage everything from ordering materials to scheduling crews.
