🚧 The Problem
Bird’s Eye Roofing was using multiple tools to manage jobs — including a CRM, ClickUp for tasks, and Google Drive for documents. These tools didn’t talk to each other, which meant:
New leads fell through the cracks
Delays getting quotes out to customers (sometimes over a week)
Manual data entry across several systems
Poor visibility into what stage jobs were at
They needed a system that was easier to use, connected everything in one place, and saved them time.
🛠️ The Solution
We built a custom system that fits the way Bird’s Eye works — without asking them to change their process. Here’s what it does:
New Job? Everything’s Ready. When a new project is added, the system:Creates a project folder in Google Drive
Schedules a calendar event
Creates a project in CompanyCamEstimate Templates with 1 Click. Reps choose from ready-to-use templates (e.g., roof repair or replacement), and the system adds it into the job folder — pre-filled with customer and job info.
Send Quotes Fast. With one tap, reps can generate a polished PDF quote and send it to the customer for review.
Easy Digital Signatures. Customers get a custom a link to review the quote and sign it online. Once signed, a final PDF is automatically created.
Invoice Instantly. Immediately after the contract is signed the job status is updated, and in one click creates an invoice in QuickBooks — no manual entry needed.
Track Job Tasks After the Sale. Once a job is won, the system helps manage everything from ordering materials to scheduling crews.
Simple Sales Dashboard. Sales reps can now see all their leads and jobs in one place — and know what needs to happen next.
